A clean and well equipped house that feels like a home from home. Located in a peaceful little village with a friendly local pub, it offers safe parking and is perfectly positioned for exploring the Newquay area. Porth Beach is around a 30-minute walk away (just be ready for a steep climb on the way back!). I also tried a Beryl bike for a bit of fun. My daughter and her friend were in town for Boardmasters, which was just a short hop away — super convenient!

Honestly, everything was lovely — the only niggle was that the Wi-Fi was slow at times, though we could still stream Disney+ with some patience. Also, while the property feels very private, it’s worth noting there are two apartments located below.

The property is in a good location as it’s only a 5 minute walk from the nearest pub and a 10-15 minute walk to the bus stop for Newquay. The size was good and it had everything you needed. The owners left us a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk ready for our stay.
I would say the property could have been a little cleaner in the living room, the floors were a little dirty. The bedrooms could have been made more stylish with a change of bedding.
