Villa Moa Baguio

I like the Villa, so homy.

Not enough staff. The same person is doing the concierge, cooking, cleaning, entertaining guests. He is nice guy and he needs help. The food could have been served in covers, and they could have hired a good cook if not a chef. Very small fish, my petite palm is bigger than their "daing na bangus". It supposed to be sinangag, yet was just white rice. They could have asked the guest to cook their own food, at least to their liking. Oh and the bathroom, they should have put sprayer, they installed bidet inside the toilet. It is gross. And the smell of the room after you use the toilet lingers. Please use deodoriser sprays. TV is not working. Well, it could be worse!

I like the hotel because even though it is old, it still maintains its beauty and cleanliness.

Maybe it's the window because you can't see the beauty outside.

The breakfast was simple, which is expected of the price.

Moldy hair dryer. I couldn't touch it to use it.

Location was ok. Accessible with parking hot water shower

Staff absolutely minimum sometimes couldn’t find anyone to advise problems like breakfast but no tea or coffee available just hot water. No juice or water either.
