Hotel Rural Verde Oliva

We loved this hotel! The staff was excellent, our room was fantastic, the location is perfect and Comares is a stunning place to visit. 👍👍

Lovely rural / rustic Hotel with plenty of character. Situated in the centre of the village and met all our requirements (visiting family) would have no issues about staying again, found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

No complaints at all. Everything met our satisfaction.

Very central, rustic & historical, nice restaurant and good food.

Very cold. Had a big fireplace but no fire. Big room with only portable heating from bedroom, with a bit effort by the staff they could have put the fireplace on. One big pillow only for a couple. No coffee machine/ kettle. Could be a very nice place if someone would make a bit effort. No point in having big livingroom if its freezing cold and cannot use it.

Comares liegt oben in den Bergen und bietet wunderschöne Aussichten. Auch vom Zimmer aus. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und ursprünglich.

Wir hatten die Suite mit Whirlpool. Der ist allerdings ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren im Februar da und es war einfach zu kalt. Unten gab es eine elektroheizung die wir nachts aber ausgemacht haben aus Angst vor Brandgefahr (Bettzeug kommt an die Heizung und fängt Feuer), oben die Heizung war kaputt und da dort auch das Bad ist, war es zu kalt. Es wird zwar tee angeboten aber es ga keinen Wasserkocher. Auch zimmerservice gab es in den 2 Nächten nicht. Das ist an sich nicht schlimm aber bei 200 Euro pro Nacht haben wir mehr erwartet. Und Frühstück wird auch nicht angeboten. Es gibt nur ein kleines Café im Ort, eher eine dunkle Kneipe die Frühstück anbieten würde.
