Civico 22 - HOLIDAY HOME

Great location, with well stocked supermarket around the corner and only a couple of minutes walk to old town and restaurants/cafés. Parking just outside the door. Nice newly renovated bathroom. Cozy roof terrace with view over the city. Washing machine with amazing opportunity to hang laundry and wet beach towels on the roof terrace for drying. Oria is a cute little city, where you feel more like a local than a tourist.

The stairs. We could handle them since we are quite fit, but this is not a place for older people, people with walking disabilities or families with young children. It is 19 steep and narrow steps from the street and up to the apartment and just about the same amount of steep steps from the apartment to the roof terrace. And there is a spiral stair up to the two single beds. A larger dining table would have been great, as well as some more plates and glasses in the kitchen. One AC unit placed in the middle of the spiral stair serves the whole apartment.
