Appartamento com tutti i comfort.
Dotata di cucina (con snack, succhi di frutta e latte), riscaldamento, condizionatori, nel terrazzo c'è una vasca idromassaggio.
In pieno centro storico di Francavilla, in zona pedonale, ma con parcheggi vicinissimi.
Si fronte un ristorante e molteplici bar in zona.
Unico consiglio per la struttura, eliminare il sapone monodose.

Piero is een ontzettend vriendelijke, behulpzame,gastvrije en betrouwbare host die snel reageerde op mailtjes, appjes. Hij kwam binnen enkele minuten nadat ik hem belde bij aankomst met de sleutels en liet me het huis zien en legde uit hoe alles werkte. Er was zelfs voor een gevulde koelkast, koffie, thee etc gezorgd. Heel attent! Het huisje is echt top; leuk ingericht en heel comfortabel. Vooral het dakterras met schaduwplekken en zon is geweldig! De jacuzzi die daar staat, heb ik enkele malen met veel plezier gebruikt. De locatie is fijn, je zit overal dichtbij. Wel wat rumoerig 's nachts/'s avonds, maar ik zat er ook tijdens het jaarlijkse feest van de patroonheilige 'Festa della Madonna della Francavilla Fontana', wat naast rumoer ook veel gezeliigheid, sfeer en spektakel bracht. Er zijn geen taxi's in Francavilla Fontana, maar Piero heeft een vriend gevraagd me om 07.00 uur op te halen en naarhet vliegveld te brengen. Ook die was keurig op tijd en erg vriendelijk. Dankjewel! Ik heb een heerlijke week gehad!

Loved everything about this property. Its location. Amazing host who allowed us to check out at 1pm to really enjoy the one night stay. Loved that it had a washing machine to catch up on washing and the rooftop spa was such a great break from the heat. Amazing apartment, really well equiped. Loved the locals, everybody was so lovely and helpful. Had the best pizza yet in Italy.
We accidently entered a no drive zone and might be up for a fine. Perhaps a good idea for the host to communicate the parking and driving situation, since we can't read italian.

Pulita, ordinata e comoda per il centro e come punto di partenza per tante escursioni turistiche. un plus il terrazzo con la vasca idromassaggio!
La cucina potrebbe essere meglio accessoriata con pentole, coltelli e cc.
