Casa Appia Antica

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Trotzdem ist man in nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto im Dorf und beim Einkaufen. Für uns die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, Natur und guter Erreichbarkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt und wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Close to the freeway and it was peaceful and quite even with the proximity to the freeway. It was a nice Villa and a nice location, but for the money I thought it could use a bit of TLC and updating. It was a bit more on the expensive side compared to other properties we stayed out on our 10 days in Italy. The water pressure was amazing and the solar water heaters gave us plenty of hot water which was awesome. They even provided some bottled drinking water.

Internet was pretty slow and it didn't work our first night, but the Host was able to get it fixed by our 2nd night. There were some cracks in the walls of the Kitchen which could have been repaired beforehand. The bedding (AKA the blankets were a bit old and felt more like a rug than a soft blanket) which for this pricepoint I would have thought could be updated. Overall it worked well....the internet being only around 15mbps was the biggest hold up and complaint as I would have expected a bit better for 2026 and I was surprised their was no TV either. Overall it meet our needs...minus the slow internet.

Appartement is ontzettend schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed matras. Fijne badkamer met goede douche. Tevens een wasmachine beschikbaar. De eigenaresse is ook goed bereikbaar via de app.

Door de locatie vlak langs de autostrada, hoor je buiten op de veranda continu auto's voorbij rijden. Maar door de goede isolatie heb je hier binnenshuis gelukkig geen last van.

Contact met de eigenaar/afspraken nakomen/ er was maar in 1 kamer een bed opgemaakt ipv in 2 De tuin was een zooitje Geen informatie in het huisje over afval, alarm ed geen tv die wel op de foto stond Klemmende deuren, dus lawaai 's nachts bij gebruik Meer last van de weg dan verwacht. In de nacht geen raam open en buiten ook veel lawaai, jammer
