Custo benefício, bem ampla, atende bem quem precisa apenas de um lugar para dormir e tomar banho. É bem localizado. Tem 2 camas de solteiro e uma de casal, logo se 4 pessoas dividem o valor fica bem baixo, vale à pena. Tem eletrodomésticos úteis como microondas, geladeira e fogão, dá pra se virar na cozinha
Não tem itens básicos como esponja para lavar louça ou frigideira. O Wi-Fi não funciona bem, estava bem lento. Por algum motivo desconhecido foi difícil desligar o ar condicionado, apesar de o aparelho gelar bem.

Bairro tranquilo, boa localização, mercado e farmácia próximo. Aconchegante, me senti em casa.
Seria muito interessante se na cozinha tevisse alguns utensílios como: potes de plástico, escorrer de macarrão de louça.
