the price was high but it was carnival in Rio so it was expensive everywhere

For the price the apartment was fair, good communication with the owners and garage parking.

The mattress was so hard basically it was like sleeping on the floor. No towels provided! We were travelling around Brazil from Europe, how on earth are you supposed to provide your own towels. I've never stayed anywhere where you were expected to provide your own towels. Two simple things to put right to vastly improve this property.

A Well-Crafted Business

- The private parking was very practical - Well set up premises with privacy from the outside world on several floors upon the hillside - Room was clean and bed comfortable, kitchen also well equipped as well as a good shower in the bathroom - Air conditioning

- Unfortunately we had a bit of a mix-up due to the check-in slot being quite limited and this not being clearly indicated throughout the reservation process on my phone. I clearly asked for a late check-in when requesting the reservation and the reservation was accepted, payment made, before it being made clear that our arrival time would not allow for us to receive the keys, forcing us to spend an uncomfortable night in our rental car The manager insisted there was nothing to be done and we will now have to try to claim a refund for the first of our two nights through no fault of our own. We were more than a little disappointed, I think understandably, with the lack of helpfulness and customer service in such a situation. Don't expect friendly gestures. It's a business, first and foremost.

Limpeza do quarto estava ótima.

Cobram pelas toalhas do quarto. Nunca tinha visto isso. O estacionamento é muuuuito apertado, os hóspedes estacionam os carros de qualquer jeito aí não cabem todos os carros.

•Não limparam a piscina. Não conseguimos usar . •É cobrado uma TAXA DIÁRIA de 70,00 pelo uso da churrasqueira , mesmo faltando utensílios básicos como faca pra cortar carne e tábua de madeira. •Tem muitas escadas, isso deveria aparecer no anuncio.

Carnaval em Angra

A piscina e a área de jogos disponíveis para uso, também há no quarto uma área para lavar roupa, secar, vassoura e pá para a limpeza. Nossas solicitações foram atendidas prontamente, o local possui condução farta para várias regiões de Angra, inclusive a linha 206 que vai ao centro de Angra tem ponto quase em frente ao residencial. Além disso, há um supermercado e um posto de gasolina bem ao lado.

O residencial está passando por obras de melhoria, houve um probleminha de goteira na área comum que foi rapidamente resolvido. A região lembra uma comunidade, o trânsito é um pouco desorganizado e a vizinhança bem simples, com casas só no tijolo, sem acabamento, porém não parece ser uma região perigosa. A piscina não foi limpa no último dia e também não havia serviço de quarto.
