Great apartment

A beautifully decorated apartment with lost of space and a well designed layout. It is very clean, wifi and air conditioning work well. It's walking distance to both the speed boat and the ferry piers as well as several restaurants.

Long stairway to a heavenly apartment

This apartment is probably the best available in Angra dos Reis. Everything needed was there. Superbly clean, kitchenware just about brand new. Totally safe. Can you walk to the ferry port? Yes, if you are comfortable pulling/carrying your luggage. Allow 20 minutes.

There are about 100 steps to climb to reach your apartment. JUST BE AWARE. On a pouring wet night, with heavy luggage, need I say more??? But, but, would I choose here again? 100% yes, it's a fabulous apartment.

Superb

Filipe was a great host and we were very happy to stay at one of the apartments :) He even let us use the bathroom to shower after our boat trip around the islands which was after check-out. My favourite part of the apartment was the view outside the window with green trees and sound of birds around you!

Some kitchen supplies were missing (like bowls). But for the rest everything needed was there!

It was clean and very modern, good cooking opportunities and a good place to relax.

The toilet seat should be replaced with a new and clean one. I ordered an appartment with sea view but the view was of the city and a bunch of threes was covering for the sea view.

The best host

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying at Felipe's place. He is such a nice guy! We ended up extending because of everything: the facilities, the location, the comfort, the kitchen, the sofa, the strong wifi, the best view! Angra dos Reis is underrated and non touristic. We really enjoyed it.

Nice apartment, recently built/renovated, great air-conditioning! The rooms were clean and well equipped. Appartement at a walking distance from the docks, from where all boat trips start.

Even though there are photos of the stairs on the accommodation's description, we were not waiting to climb 127 steps to arrive from the street to our room, which was on the first floor. We also got a bit surprised on our arrival with the neighborhood, but it turned out fine.

El apartamento se sintió muy acogedor, tenía una cocina muy bien equipada y una cama muy cómoda. En general la comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue fluída y amigable.

La ubicación a pesar de no estar en la avenida principal frente al mar, eran cortas las distancias hacia el embarcadero, supermercado y farmacia.

Sem nenhuma acessibilidade, a questão de ter que subir 109 degraus para se chegar até o apartamento, é uma informação que no meu entender deve ser dada no momento da reserva, e não depois que o pagamento é realizado. No meu caso e de minha esposa, não foi impeditivo pelo fato de sermos atletas, mas acredito que infelizmente não é o caso da maioria.
