Mini casa in Salento

Struttura comoda, posizione centralissima, proprio di fianco alla piazza, ma comoda per muoversi anche con la macchina, non sono disponibili parcheggi riservati ma sulla strada si trova abbastanza facilmente parcheggio! Poi di fianco c’è un bel pub! All’interno una bella struttura con soffitto a volta molto alto… con angolo cucina e bagno con wc/doccia “isolabile” con una porta a soffietto. Letto abbastanza comodo!

Beautiful minimal casa💖Contact person was very decent and great behaviors when I found out they didn’t have wifi and cleaning person forgot the towels🌟Great behaviors like those can cover their unfortunate facility conditions🌿 Location is centro cutrofiano so meno male, good🌟 Also having a washer(no dryer for clothes but hair✨) and pet friendly were great plus💖

Lot to rennovate and fix things but I guess it can be limited for them. At least additional instructions and cautional tale can help guests😇 Such as, doccia(shower and sink): it needs to keep turning on at the very right side of the switch near the washer to keep getting a hot water. I couldn't find it first and suffered cold water in the sink and kitchen a bit but not in the serious way. and the plastic hanger(supposed to be sticked on the wall)at the bathroom was broken(we didn't break it for a fact!) , and the stand for drying clothes outside patio. ma maybe because of off season, can be treated piu bello, d'estate sarebbe meglio mi sembra😇 For me personally, unfortunate minus was a neighborhood.Infront of us, there is a music studio? very noisy sound for 2hours and nothing can be soundproof, since she fully opened her window and sing out loud!! Very disturbing noise for my work and ears but I guess for property owner could be difficult to solve this kind of problem so just mentioning this for a hearing sensitive person like me😉
