About this house rental
In the heart of Salento totally restored ancient house, with star and barrel vaults, bright, in the historic center of Matino (LE), well equipped kitchen complete with dishes, double bedroom with adjoining mezzanine with second single bed. Sofa bed, built-in kitchen equipped with gas, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, complete with dishes, double bedroom with adjoining mezzanine with second single bed plus a sofa bed for one and a half in the kitchen, flat TV, washer dryer, iron ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, umbrella etc.
Upon request, with a moderate additional cost, we also provide bed linen and towels.
A well-stocked supermarket and bakery are nearby.
A few steps from the center with bar, pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarket, bank, post office etc.
Yummy ice cream and pasticiotti in the downtown bar!
8/9 mn REAL by car from the renowned Punta della Suina beach known as the Caribbean of Salento, and 10/12 mn from Baia Verde, Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Mancaversa,. 30 mn by car from the Adriatic coast (Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, San Foca ...)

Abbiamo apprezzato molto le tre settimane a Matino, perché la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per combinare le vacanze al mare con l'esplorazione del Salento. L'appartamento è molto elegante e offre tutto il necessario per le vostre vacanze. Ci è piaciuto molto e consigliamo questo appartamento a tutti coloro che vogliono conoscere la Puglia e il Salento. Soprattutto, la comunicazione con la simpatica padrona di casa, che ci ha dato molti consigli - anche aggiornati quotidianamente - è stata grandiosa e merita un grande complimento! Grazie mille!
Die drei Wochen in Matino haben wir sehr genossen, denn die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal, um Strandurlaub damit zu verbinden, das Salento zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung jedem, der Apulien und den Salento kennenlernen möchte. Vor allem auch die Kommunikation mit der sympathischen Vermieterin, die uns sehr viele Tips - auch tagesaktuell - gegeben hat, war super und verdient ein großes Lob! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato presso questa bella casa tipica con volte a stella e a botte, ristrutturata con cura e attenzione ai dettagli, un ambiente davvero curato, pulito e profumato, dotato di ogni comfort (non manca proprio nulla) e davvero accogliente! La posizione è tattica: comoda per raggiungere in breve qualsiasi zona del Salento e le sue più belle spiagge e a pochi minuti da Gallipoli e la sua movida. Paola e Mirco sono sempre molto disponibili a dare validi consigli. Preparatissimi su tutto, dalle spiagge più deserte e belle ai locali per aperitivo o per cena! Molto comodo anche il parcheggio davanti a casa. Matino è un bel paese antico dalle casette tipiche bianche, offre caratteristici scorci ed è dotato di tutto. Peccato la vacanza sia stata breve, ma ci torneremo sicuramente prestissimo! Davvero consigliato!
