Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Montegrappa. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich, sauber, das W-LAN funktioniert gut. Durch Heizungen, Klimaanlage und Fußbodenheizung war es immer angenehm warm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (außer der fehlende Geschirrspüler), auch mit Gewürzen, Öl und Kaffee. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert gut. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof. Auch die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen und herumlaufen.
Von Zafferana kann man wunderbar Touren auf den Ätna unternehmen. Auch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Stadt nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist. Es ist aber trotzdem lebendig (wir waren dort im Februar) und wirklich eine schöne Stadt.
Es gab an einem Tag einen sehr heftigen Sturm und der Strom fiel aus. Die Vermieter waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach unserer Nachricht da und das Problem war behoben.
Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Alles andere war super.

Casa in punto strategico per arrivare sull'Etna oppure a Catania centro ma anche Taormina....Ci siamo trovati bene ritorneremo sicuramente....
