Appartamento molto bello, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, dimostrando un’attenzione speciale e delicata verso l’ospite.

Posizione super strategica, comodo per parcheggiare, a piedi sei in centro puoi fare tutto, supermercato e servizi tutti vicinissimi. Stanza accogliente e comoda, prezzo giusto poiché non ha vista, c'è un balcone, non c'è il Bidet ma la doccina... comunque utile. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponobili venendo incontro alle mie richieste.
Consiglierei di organizzare meglio la spazzatura. Noi siamo abituati a differenziare ( anche noi porta a porta a catania centro) e la struttura giustamente lo richiede, ma l'organizzazione è lasciata al cliente. Idea: all'ingresso della struttura c'è un disimpegno, mettendo li dei contenitori specifici le persone potrebbero raccogliere i rifiuti propriamente e qualcuno dei proprietari esporre il giusto contenitore ogni sera. Non è piacevole tenere la spazzatura in una camera piccola, senza contenitori adeguati e/o doverla mettere fuori dalla porta in sacchetti non conformi che potrebbero essere rigettati da chi raccoglie.

Alberto è una persona disponibilissima !!! Cosa non scontata per un host e che ti viene incontro anche per alcune necessità personali. La stanza con il bagno spaziose e molto carine ed accoglienti. Comoda la posizione.
