Great space for family, my son loved the air hockey and ping-pong in the basement, everything was clean

We had a very nice stay. Host is good with communication. Property was very clean and well maintained.

Nothing! It was a perfect stay for our family trip through the mountains.

Location was remote so it was quiet . EV charging worked. Beds were comfortable

When I booked the property, it only gave me the “non-refundable” option. After I booked it, the property owner sent me the agreement to sign that the pet fee will be additional $175 on top of the already charged cleaning fee. Had they disclosed it before I booked the non-refundable booking, I would not have booked it so I was trapped. They refused to let me cancel it despite multiple requests. When we arrived at the property, the master bathroom was unclean with shaved hair residue and mouth rinse residue. When I notified the owner, she said the cleaner will come so we waited but she never came and they wanted us to reschedule it, inconveniencing our vacation time. Furthermore, the check out instructions were excessive, such as removing All linens into the bathroom, including beddings. We paid for cleaning fee already so we shouldn’t do chores on our vacation. Also, the ping pong table’s net was broken and it’s not a full size table.
