GuestHost - Catania Skyview Terrace Urban Escape

Un apartamento muy amplio, con una terraza maravillosa y unas bonitas vistas hacia el Etna. Mencionar que todo estaba muy limpio y lo mejor era el silencio. La cama súper cómoda y la propietaria siempre ha estado muy disponible y cordial. Si tuviera que volver a Catania, no buscaría otro lugar , me encantó este apartamento !

Quizás la falta de Luz en el baño, ya que la única que había se encontraba en la pared opuesta al espejo y uno no se podía ver bien !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Terrasse ist Mega toll! Kontaktperson Simona ist genial, antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Super!

There’s a huge terrace with a gorgeous view of Etna, a big smart TV, and two air conditioners that really saved us on hot days. We also appreciated that they accommodated us by extending check-out by an hour

- The registration process was overly complicated, requiring us to fill out forms and send documents while we were traveling, which was unusual and inconvenient. - The ceiling in the kitchen was quite low, causing everyone to bump their heads. - The fridge leaked, and we either weren’t provided with cleaning supplies and we were not told where to find them. - The dishes were dirty upon arrival, and we had to rewash them. - The sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping. - The sunbeds on the terrace were dirty. - The plumbing had issues, including a slow-draining bathtub. - Essential items like coffee, soap, and oil had run out almost completely before we came (salt was not provided). - Only one wardrobe for clothing storage, which was inconvenient for a group. - No washing machine, which is important for longer stays. - Communication with the host was slow, and we weren’t given instructions on basics, e.g. how to dispose already sorted trash. - The location was not ideal, as the bus only came once an hour, requiring a long walk to the stop. - The TV was unusable because of other accounts logged in, and we weren’t provided with passwords, or they should have logged out beforehand. - The check-out time was at 10 AM, which felt too early.
