die Wohnung ist laut weil am Abend bei geöffneten Fenster und Türen der Lärm des Hafens zu hören ist wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt und dadurch war es nachts schon ziemlich warm zum schlafen zur Sicherheit wir waren mit meiner 80 jährigen Schwiegermutter unterwegs für sie waren die vielen Treppen anfangs schon eine Herausforderung, aber was ich unbedingt ändern würde , wäre eine farbliche Markierung der Treppenstufen, vor allem in den oberen Bereich der Wohnung. selbst bei mir kam es am Anfang zu einem Fehltritt beim runtergehen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Felsvorsprung direkt über dem Hafen in Morro Jable. Der Blick ist einmalig schön! Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist jederzeit über WhatsApp oder Telefon möglich, es erfolgte eine sofortige und sehr freundliche Rückmeldung. Besser geht es nicht.

The main selling point of this place is an amazing view of course, huge terrace just adds to the whole experience. There is also a roofless balcony on the second floor perfect for chilling, sunbathing or just enjoying the view. The house is very spacious and bright. lt is located not far from the beach but the road is pretty steep, so get ready for that. There is a huge private parking lot at your disposal by the residential complex, so you’ll never have problems finding a spot for your car. Despite the port being so close, it never bothered us with the noise. Also there is a powerful iron in the house and a dishwashing machine that always came in handy. Lots of dishes and condiments for food. I think it’s the first time I’ve seen so many essentials in the kitchen. Overall, the apartment is very well equipped.

Probably the biggest downside of the apartment is that it is located on the lowest row of similar apartment buildings. So you’ll have to go down several flights of stairs which isn’t that convenient when you have big bags. Let alone going up with the baggage. But it didn’t bother us as much, cause you’d have to do it twice or thrice during the whole stay. Some might find this information useful. Otherwise it’s always a little cardio :) There are two bedrooms on the top floor and only one of them is equipped with the air conditioner. We stayed there in February so the nights weren’t hot, but I can imagine it can turn into sauna in summer. Something to consider. Also would be nice to have a microwave as a basic kitchen device. Sometimes you can hear neighbors from the sides walking up and down the stairs and using the bathroom in their apartments. Even with these minor inconveniences, we still had a great time and would gladly come back here!

We loved being in Casa Arena. It was such a spacious and modern apartment, with a large balcony off the front double bedroom and a big terrace leading from the lounge. Very quiet and with a super view over the port and sea. A very comfortable house - we would happily stay there again. 😊
