About this apartment rental
Nice and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Located in a normally quiet urbanization and within walking distance of all services and the beach of Morro Jable, just five minutes walk.
The apartment has high-speed WiFi included in the price as a courtesy to our customers, but please note that the infrastructure in the south of the island is not optimal and there may be cuts during your stay.
There is television in Spanish, with the usual channels, and there is also satellite television, with channels mostly in German, although there are also some in English and French.
The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, also sheets and towels. We have a cot and high chair for babies and young children.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet urbanization. The laundry is in the same urbanization and there is a washing machine that guests can use, and that is shared only with the guests of another apartment.
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the price although it is possible to agree on the service, at a cost of € 12 per hour. Ask us about it to see if the cleaner has availability to perform the service.
We receive guests personally. We can be reached during your stay if you need us.
Check-in is usually done between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. It is possible to enter the apartment before without charge if the day of your arrival there are no departures from other customers (ask us about it). Tickets between 20:00 and 24:00, regardless of the reason that originates them (a delayed flight, etc.) have an extra charge of € 20 in cash. Beyond 24:00 the extra charge is € 50 in cash.
To know the island and move the best option is to rent a car, but if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday on the beach you do not need a car, since the apartment is located very close to all services and the beach. There are buses that make the direct route from the Airport to Morro Jable and you can also do it by taxi, although at a higher price. If you come by boat, the journey to the apartment from the pier by taxi costs less than € 5.
However, if you want to know the island and get lost in its coves and corners it is advisable to have a car. It is normally parked easily in the same street where the urbanization is located.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden.
Wir fanden auch die Lage super. Es ist nicht mitten in der Stadt, so dass man mit seinem Mietwagen immer einen Platz vor der Haustür findet. Allerdings erreich man bereits in 5 Minuten zu Fuß ein paar tolle Restaurants am Meer. Auf dem Weg liegen auch ein paar Minimärkte in denen man spät abends oder am Sonntag einkaufen kann. Links von den Restaurants fängt dann auch gleich der Strand an.
Zum Hafen oder der Straße nach Cofete ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung.
