For our purposes the location was great and it was possible to see trees and countryside out of the windows. Heating was a bit fiddly, but okay when you got used to it.
I believe the ensuite was fine, but main bathroom had a few issues. The bath was okay, but fixed bath screen caused some issues over access to shower and that end of the bath once you were out. We drink tea, but I also like coffee and given the cost when you buy it out, I was not able to find a filter or cafetiere.

Flat 30 - The Chase was a beautiful flat which was immaculately clean, perfectly proportioned, and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could have needed.
There was absolutely nothing we could find fault with.
