Location was very good, inside the walls and within walking distance of all the places we were visiting. Small charming self contained place, with full cooking facilities and great heating and hot water system.

Nothing that would put me off staying again, minor niggle with getting the TV to connect to internet but we solved by streaming from a phone, and once alerted hosts said they would get an engineer to sort, so confident if we had been staying longer it would have been fixed . Found the cast iron spiral staircase a little awkward but that's part of the buildings charm and we were aware before booking it was a feature.

Location, quirky cottage, comfy bed, couch, good shower.

Bathroom on ground level, but we knew this prior. Stairs were beautiful but not easiest to navigate. Blankets would have been a good addition. Couldn't get TV working.

Location was ideal as right next to the river and the city centre. We could walk to places easily and didn't rely on taxis. Very clean house and loved the quaint character of the place. Provided us with everything that we needed.

The heating did not work the entire time we were there. The thermostat would never read higher than 7 degrees and it appeared to have WiFi and we had hot water but no heating. Luckily we had planned to be out in the city for most of our time there but we also had cold weather so when we had times where we headed back to the cottage it never warmed us up from the outside so we dreaded going back inside (which is what you don't want from a nice place that we paid a bit of money for) and it actually ended up being warmer outside.
