Good information and a nice easy communication before arrival.
Large bright airy rooms. Very clean and modern. Extremely comfy beds. Plenty of storage space. Easy stroll to the town centre, beach and harbour. There is a shop a few doors down for essentials and a pub just across the road, It was a nice touch to have a voucher for a welcome drink there.
Just a couple of observations not really much to dislike. The door entry system was fiddly and a bit of a faff. There is parking on a first come first served basis, although it was OK for us, this could be an issue at peak times.

It was clean and modern and close to the town centre, which was essential for us.
It was a little noisy outside due to the busy road.

Location to Weymouth Beach, a short walk away.
WiFi, it didn't seem to like loading websites on 3 devices. Parking, 3 spaces for 5 apartments and when we parked down the road at flats which the owner owns, the residents were a bit aggravated when speaking with us, next day more no parking signs were out up. 2 out of 3 days we didn't get parking at the apartment and had a child in tow. Single beds too soft.
