The ideal location made up for the poor cleanliness and dated fittings.
This flat has a fantastic location - approx 10 minutes walk to the station, and to the beach and town. There’s a good supermarket around the corner, a minute away, plus bakeries nearby. The garden (for the sole use of this flat) is a huge plus. The flat and garden were very quiet and peaceful.
On our arrival, we found that the flat was not as clean as we would have liked. There were hairs in the bedroom drawers, on the mattress protector and in the bathroom. The shower cubicle, shower head (and the seat within the shower, in particular) were dirty. Appliances in the kitchen were functioning but dated. The washing machine is not an automatic one and you have to spin the clothes after the washing programme has finished. The spin speed is very low and the clothes needed to be wrung out by hand as they were still dripping wet after trying to spin them.
