The location is amazing and the unit itself was really spacious, clean and well maintained
The only thing that didn’t work was the dryer but the staff was trying their best to accommodate us eventhough we only found out in the final night

Great location. Pretty clean. Check in was quite easy. Great unobstructed views from unit 1609.
Check out was a disaster. Incredibly slow communication. Zero instructions in the email. I had to record a video of me leaving the unit so I had proof I didn't take the keys with me.

It is spacious and clean - with good quality appliances. The location is also great, right at Lippo Mall Kemang with many options of things to do. We tried the pool and gym as well which was good. Check-in process was assisted through whatsapp and staff available on-site.
