Great communication and Service from KozyStay....The apartment itself is large and in a good location part of Kemang Residences adjacent to Lippo Mall which makes it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and cafes.

Makes landing in Jakarta easy for westerners. You are almost in a bubble staying here. An upscale western style "mall" district. Later in our stay we wanted to be more amongst the madness but it was great for the 1st couple nights. Nothing fancy but still a good size 2 bedroom apt. Hopefully they fix the drainage in the shower which was the only issue.
Both showers flooded the entire bathroom. so we used one for showers one for everything else. This shd be fixed easy enough.

Dat het vlakbij de winkelcentrum ligt/staat. Alles altijd bij de hand, als je iets nodig hebt
De communicatie tussen hun teams was slecht, ik moest 2 of 3 dezelfde dingen beantwoorden van verschillende teams van het appartement, bureaucratisch gedoe. Het verliep zo traag. Als ik niet meewerkte, lieten ze me niet in terwijl ik een week van tevoren betaald heb. En ik heb over kakkerlakken gemeld, maar tot nu toe geen feadback gehoord.
