The property was great, boasting fast internet (Speeds of 500 Down and 500 Up), very clean amenities with a pleasant smell as you walk in. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. This apartment comes with an iron and ironing board, washing machine, spacious (for Japan) shower and the toilet room is above average in size for Japan. Contacting the property for check in and out was extremely easy and was either well spoken by the person or well translated. This place really feels like a home. Please do not be concerned about noise with the train line going straight past the apartment, it can be loud if you’re standing on the balcony, but not louder than any normal electric train line anywhere else in the world. With the doors closed, even at night time, you won’t be able to hear or feel it. It’s no louder going past than the cars that would be along the road in any other hotel. The nearest train station (Tobushijomae) is close but will require you to hop onto 2, 3 or even 4 trains to get around. This isn’t a problem if you’re English or Japanese speaking as the trains are very frequent (anywhere from 2-10 minutely) and there is very clear and well translated English signage.

It was clean, the closest train station has short and regular intervals so coming back after midnight or leaving at 6am was okay. Very spacious.

The one bedroom you can't dim the lights but we used the lamp. There is only one coffee mug and we were two coffee drinkers. Tons of tiny tea cups thou.
