    I booked this hotel specifically for an early‑morning flight, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The location is brilliantly convenient – only a short drive from the terminal, which made my travel day far less stressful. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was outstanding. The front desk team were genuinely warm and welcoming, and they handled everything with efficiency and a smile. My room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable – the bed was especially good, and I had a solid night’s sleep before my early departure. I also used the hotel shuttle, and the driver was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff, making the short transfer smooth and pleasant. All in all, this is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a hassle‑free stay near Melbourne Airport. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

    The location was ideal for staying a night before an early flight out of Melbourne. Staff were fantastic room surface was great. Cleanliness was perfect.

    Parkroyal at the Airport is the better airport hotel for travelling although more expensive. Has a spa, better food, closer to the international terminal, better beds. Asked for a room viewing the airport and got a view of the city, although they moved me after I complained. The pool is small and off in a dark room. The gym is excellent, and the shuttle is quick and effective. The bar downstairs was clean and good value. Tip: It's far cheaper to order your wine at the bar downstairs compared to room service (and then they charge a further $6 per tray).
