A clean, spacious, and cozy apartment that made for a very comfortable stay. The host is exceptionally friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. He contacts you before arrival to arrange key collection, assists with luggage, and is always available via Booking or WhatsApp if you need anything. The apartment also features modern safety measures, including emergency exit lighting, outdoor security cameras, and a secure electronic door access system. Additionally, although the standard check-out time is 10:00, the host is flexible and, when possible, allows a later check-out if there are no early arriving guests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Sicily.

A very clean and handy two bedroom apartment across from the railway station. Ideal for those travelling by train. However, at the same time a final stop if taking a plane from Palermo airport. Santa Flavia is a beautiful little fishing village to wind down before leaving Sicily from Palermo. The owner is very hospitable. He waited for us upon arrival to welcome us and give us the key. A bottle of wine was waiting for us on the table!. He even proposed to us to stay later than 10 am. I wish we had the time to stay.
