We were relocating to Bella Vista and stayed 12 days. The open layout, large deck, hot tub, and good internet made this a perfect place for us to stay while we waiting to move into our new home. So quiet and peaceful with great access to Back 40.

Our family of four stayed here for five nights in March for spring break. The house was great and the management team was very communicative. Great location for quiet mornings and evenings with quick access to Bella Vista or Bentonville. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house & had fun relaxing in hot tub, especially when it started snowing. Highly recommend Dirt Merchant Chalet!

We stayed at the Dirt Merchant for 9 nights, and didn’t want to leave! This home is so comfortable and cozy with fabulous views, the most comfortable beds/linens, the spa was WONDERFUL, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to move here one day but until then, we will stay at the Dirt Merchant! Thank you again for the most wonderful getaway!Greg and julie
