About this house rental
Excellent location for a 4-bedroom, 2-bath corner house that is perfect for enjoying the best that Naples has to offer. Walk to the beach (10 minutes), Artis-Naples and Baker Museum (5 minutes), and Waterside Shops (5 minutes). Also within 15 minutes walking are a supermarket, two drug stores, and at least 10 restaurants. By car, in 10-15 minutes you will be at Mercato or 5th Avenue South, the heart of Naples.
The bedrooms are set around a large open space with living room, family room, and kitchen, which open via window sliders to a back patio, where you will be able to enjoy the pool and outdoor dining. Lush foliage, including several native pine trees, provides privacy and shade.
Across the street is a large neighborhood park with two tennis courts, a racquetball wall, a playground, and large soccer/softball fields.
First bedroom is a large master bedroom with king bed and window slider to the back patio and pool. The master bedroom shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, which has two twin trundle beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is down the hall from the fourth bedroom, which has a queen Murphy bed in the closet.
The property also has a small laundry area and a two-car garage. TV and WiFi internet are available.
