Through the door off the kitchen is a deck with outdoor furniture, a grill, and side yard access.
The master bedroom on the main floor is stylish and calming. There`s a large closet on your way to the en-suite master bath. Enjoy the modern shower and convenient double sinks.
Upstairs is a nice sitting area and game area with a work desk and chair. The upstairs bedroom is private and has its own attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stylish, modern fixtures.

You will have private access to the entire house, front and side yards, and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Additional parking may be available on request - please make arrangements in advance. There is a separate guest house and garage building on the property that are not accessible. There may be other guests there from time to time.
Please respect the defined boundaries, and do not attempt to access the garage or the fenced area of the other guest house.
We are available for questions or services between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving up the road in the Cliffs and needed overflow space for sleeping. This house fit the bill perfectly. Easy access to 25 and walking distance to the cool places in TR on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. And the house is brand new with all the things we needed to make breakfast meals, etc. We would stay here again in a minute.

Eric is an amazing host. The house was awesome - very clean, well furnished and extremely well done (feels like a new build). We walked to the main strip of Travelers Rest to eat and have dessert each night we stayed there. It's a very short walk and the whole scene is quite idyllic. The beds were super comfortable and well furnished. Both bedrooms felt like master bedrooms with full baths attached. Nice 1/2 downstairs off the main living area too. We made breakfast in the kitchen each morning and the kitchen is super well laid out, lots of utensils and items needed to make your own food. We have a student at North Greenville University and will for sure being using this property again. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. Thanks Eric!

Very well put together property. Very quiet and modern furniture for a comfortable stay. It was very helpful to have three televisions with great WIFI to add to the experience.
