Enjoy the outdoors with friends & family on the back deck equipped with a black stone for cooking & a stone hearth that is perfect for cozy evenings by a crackling fire. The newly renovated & thoughtfully furnished living space invites you to gather for meals in the snug breakfast nook, put your favorite show or movie on in the living room, enjoy ample natural light for reading in the sunroom, or decompress in the privacy of each bedroom designed with quality & comfort in mind.
The kitchen is fully equipped from dishwear and utensils to a coffee maker, making it ideal for shorter or longer stays. We were very happy with our stay at the Downtown Hillside Cottage. The property was in a convenient location on a quiet street. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't have any problems during our stay.

Had a great stay with our 2 kids to attend WVU accepted students day. House was cozy and comfortable, very clean and well appointed. There is only street parking but there was always plenty of space. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, making for a great stay. 2-5 min drive to all parts of campus. My daughter decided to attend WVU so we will hopefully be back to the cottage for a football weekend!
