This stunning home is the ideal retreat for your family, whether you're staying for a few days or a week. River Ritz boasts a prime location within walking distance of the ski area and right along the river, perfect for fishing off the back porch. Upon arrival, you'll have garage access and two additional parking spots. Inside, the cozy living room features a river rock wood burning fireplace and ample seating for family movie nights. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and offers additional seating at the bar. The dining table seats 6 and provides views of the back porch. The master bedroom, with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, is located on the main floor. Upstairs, a loft area with two queen murphy beds overlooks the living room, with two additional bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and en suite bathroom. We enjoyed the location. It was great to walk to the slopes. We only had a family of 5 so we had plenty of room for eveyone to spread out and have their own space. We had to leave a day early and when I tried to return the keys and let the propery manager know we had to leave the office door was locked and they were away at a showing. I tried calling and received no answer; however I received a text message asking me to let them know what I needed. I replied to the message letting them know we had to leave early and that I had left the keys in their drop box. No reply........

We enjoyed our stay but there are opportunities for improvement. Many windows and the sliding glass doors don't have any sort of blinds or shades. Besides the privacy concerns it made the downstairs areas cold, had to crank the heat up.
The kitchen and laundry appliances are due for an upgrade. Same for the pots/pans.
The shower controls in the main bathroom are temperamental. My wife gave up and took baths.
Most investment properties like this have key codes rather than physical keys. This makes check in easier and easier when guests are different schedules. Had to hide a key under a flower pot.
Great location for skiing, can walk to the lifts. We went in the winter but that deck, right off the river, would be awesome in the summer.
We would consider this property again the next time we are in the area.

The property was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description of the master bath was a bit misleading. It was very difficult to use. The sign on the wall said not to get water on the wall, however if the shower head was placed in the bracket it shot straight out. The water would also shut off mid shower and switch to the tub faucet. It was less than ideal and pretty disappointing. It seems it could easily be remedied.
Also, there were no cleaning supplies. If the guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean, some type of cleaning supplies would be helpful.
