Claim Jumper #12 is a Three bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms that sleeps 12. Amenities include a gas log fireplace, ski-in/ski-out, wireless internet, charcoal grills in common grounds, mountain views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and centrally location. This property has fishing ponds directly across from the property along with the river just beside the property.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen plus a rollaway bed perfect for a child, and the third bedroom is a loft with 2 queen beds, 2 twin bed, and a small futon for kids.
Other amenities include a gas log fireplace, ski-in/ski-out, wireless internet, charcoal grills in common grounds, mountain views, a full kitchen, and is centrally located. This unit is an end unit right along the river for easy access. The property has Direct Tv. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is No trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. Square footage is 1310. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.
**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

This property was great! It was perfect for our group. We went skiing, snowshoeing, shopping and some did the oxygen bar, restaurants and bars to listen to live music. We walked everywhere…it was perfect. My only suggestion if you are staying in this home is make sure you bring garbage bags (there were only 3 kitchen bags and we were staying 3 nights….we needed at least 5+ bags. Also, there were no hangers in the closets so if you like to unpack and hang up your clothes, bring some. We will definitely come back and stay here!!

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect and the sound of the river is mesmerizing at night. Really enjoyed everything about it.
