Welcome to the bright, brand new penthouse with two terraces, very well oriented for 4! This charming penthouse has approximately 50m² and two large private terraces, and is located in a building with an elevator. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, close to the El Putxet and Padua train stations, and with excellent bus connections (70, V13, H6, V11, N8). In addition, there are a large number of supermarkets nearby, which will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in Barcelona.
The apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, offering a double bed in one room and a single bed in the living room. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. The full bathroom has a shower for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, and ceramic hob. For your comfort, the apartment also has an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer.
When this penthouse was designed, the needs of couples were taken into account, making it a perfect place for a romantic stay in Barcelona. The apartment offers all the necessary facilities to make you feel at home. Its excellent distribution of space will allow you to relax after a day of exploring the city. -: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
