*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.
Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the FB group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restaurant times as they adjust to busier or slow times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction

My family and I chose to stay here for a weekend getaway and it’s now one of our favorite spots. The house was beyond perfect and the communication was superb. There was nothing we had to bring for our stay because the house had everything. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

This house was absolutely great! It was new and clean. There are two living spaces which made it really convenient for my family and my daughter and her friends. The location to the pool and the walk to the beach were great as well. We rode bikes to the beach and pool on occasion. It was a quick ride to Mexico Beach, Tyndall, Cape San Blass, and PCB. We did lots of cooking and most of the tools were supplied. We were missing a lighter and a spatula for the grill, so we had to get that, but that was not a problem.
