About this apartment rental
Come and discover this charming little cozy studio completely renovated, and carefully decorated. It is ideally located, on the first floor of a small building, rue Charvet, in the old Hyères, in the pedestrian zone. You are close to all the shops which are easily accessible on foot and the nearest beaches are about ten minutes away by car. The accommodation has WIFI.

The accommodations are located on the first floor of a small building, in the Old Hyères, in a pedestrian zone.
Close to all amenities including the square
Massillon (bakery, tobacconist, restaurant, mini-market, ice cream parlour) and the pedestrian avenue of the lles d'Or. Nearby is the art trail and the historic centre of the city of Hyères (the wash house on rue du Repos just above the accommodation, the Templar tower, La Peniscola and its starry sky).
The studio has two beds, a double memory foam bed (140x190cm) and a sofa bed (120x190cm).
The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. You also have at your disposal crockery and kitchen utensils to concoct good dishes for you.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink and a heated towel rail.
The accommodation has a television and WIFl.
We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep cleaning of the apartment to bring you comfort and serenity.
