Tres beau logement, agréablement agencé et parfaitement adapté et équipé pour la location de vacances: fonctionnel tout en étant tres cosy, confortable sans meubles inutiles. Decoration de bon goût alliant confort moderne et charme de l ancien. Configuration en triplex (mieux en vrai qu en photo) et extérieur agréable conforme à l annonce, avec très belle vue. Propreté irréprochable. Notre fils de 5 ans a adoré son espace en mezzanine et l espace extérieur pour jouer.
Le quartier est le centre ancien de Hyères : charmant, très étroit et en pente; les propriétaires nous l avait bien signalé, et ont mis une place de stationnement privée à notre disposition à 12 à 15 minutes à pied en bas car place quasiment impossible en haut de la colline: la montée est un peu sportive.
Enfin, Pierre , notre hôte , nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et s est montré tres disponible et aux petits soins tout en gardant une distance respectueuse tout au long de notre semaine.

L'annonce n'est pas trompeuse, il était bien annoncé 36 m2, c'est petit mais selon la disposition c'est tenable pour des vacances. Or, ce logement a été réalisé dans un bâtiment haut et étroit, type pigeonnier, il n'y a donc pas vraiment d'espace de vie confortable. La salle de douche est minuscule. On se sent à l'étroit surtout pour des personnes de grande taille.
Le logement était propre et la literie correcte.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et toujours prêts à renseigner ou à intervenir en cas de problèmes.
Le logement est situé dans un quartier difficile d'accès en voiture. Il faut vraiment une voiture de petite taille, ce qui était également précisé, mais cela reste compliqué. Il en résulte un calme très agréable pour dormir.
Très belle vue sur les îles.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de tous les aspects de la ville de Hyères et de ses plages. L'environnement est vraiment superbe.
