The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is nice, and the view is great! There are a few things that need some attention-be careful of the road coming into the condo area.

The unit had no where mentioned at the time of booking that it was a 9 condo unit, actually said it was an entire house. To get to the unit, it was on the third floor. Washer and dryer are on bottom floor, and it took three phone calls to find where dryers were located and the correct code to open the door. (It’s not the same as the house). Dirty towels were in the washer when we arrived and when I asked for a local number to help, there was not of offered.
The house itself is nice. You do enter the property from the master bedroom, which was odd. There is a front entrance but you would have to walk through other families’ gated areas and that seemed like an invasion of privacy.

The rental was very close to the beach and beach area was not crowded since no public beach-goers were allowed. We love a nice, quiet beach where we are not on top of other people!!
