The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Calvi, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 78 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 50 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bunk bed (140×190, sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 42 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
The apartment is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities :
- Take advantage of the beaches and sunshine for water sports such as paddleboarding, jetskiing and boat trips.
- Discover the surrounding area: Occi ruins, Agriates Desert. For the adventurous: quad bikes, 4x4 rides, hiking.
- Annual event: Calvi on the Rock in July.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private underground parking lot. A numbered parking space is available.
