For those seeking relaxation, numerous designated swimming areas provide safe and enjoyable spots for families and individuals to cool off and splash around in the refreshing waters.

Eatonton is a short 10-mile drive away and offers numerous activities and places to visit. Historic Uncle Remus Museum allows you to explore the history and legacy of the famous Br'er Rabbit stories. You can also explore Rock Eagle Effigy Mound, an ancient Native American site featuring a large effigy mound shaped like an eagle, surrounded by hiking trails and scenic views. Take a stroll through the historic downtown area, filled with quaint shops, art galleries, and local restaurants. Are there any golfers in your group? Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Two 10'x20' boat slips available for guest use. The water is about 15 feet deep at the end of the dock. Guests an moor their boats there. Guests can put their boats in at Chevron at 1065 Milledgeville Rd, Milledgeville, GA 31061. Guests can park their boat trail at the rental house.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
