If you are looking for a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch getaway look no further. Situated in the heart of Lake Milton, one street away from the Lake. Every morning a beautiful sunrise, drinking coffee sitting on a huge deck . We offer a 1/2 acre backyard with cornhole, badminton net is available. A brand new hot-tub to relax in the morning or late at night..

You can grill outside, with all the amenities available. Sitting outside you have a lake view, 1 kayak if needed... If you don't feel like cooking, Castaway's bar and grill is only a 3 min walk right around the corner.

If you love the outdoors this is your place. We have a mountain bike trail, volleyball net across the street, 2 basketball nets, Swimming is right across the street at the beach. Lake Milton offers small boats and kayak rentals. There is a free boat launch 3 min away and no limit on motors Lots of fishing, lake is stocked.

The house was tidy and clean. The description was accurate. There was no shortage of extra towels, blankets and pillows which is appreciated by someone who likes extra blankets.The outdoor area was very cozy and nice. I wish I was able to enjoy it more. The neighborhood and lake area was also gorgeous. Communication with the host was typically quick within minutes. Would stay again!

This little home was delightfully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the cozy media room with a big screen and a nice outdoor area. Close to walking path, restaurant and live music as well as the beach at Lake Milton. Highly recommend!

Our group was 4 people total (2 couples.) We all enjoyed our stay at this adorable place. The host is fantastic, and she was very responsive to all of our questions. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the lake or the local sports bar for a meal. We enjoyed the hot tub several times (it was a chilly Memorial Day weekend.) We also sat out on the lovely deck, played board games under the pergola, and warmed up around the campfire. Everything was delightful, and we hope to return again soon!

Nice little cottage with friendly neighbors in a good location..We had a pleasant stay...only issue we had was that the queen bed seemed to collapse on one side and made it difficult to sleep on. We tried to find the problem but couldn't lift the mattress..other than that small hiccup the cottage was great.

We loved going to Lake Milton and our host was great . I feel like she is part of our family. The neighbors are friendly and the area is quiet but the highlight of our trip was the great fishing. We averaged 5-6 fish a day and the last two days we caught 18 and then 21! We caught 8 different species. All we did was troll the lake daily. It was a memorable trip

The cottage was just lovely. Great location with access to lake frontage and a walking trail right across the street. We would have surely utilized the location more if our plans didn't take us 30 minutes away. The cottage was the most fully equipped place that I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared to be clean. Over all it was a great stay and would surely recommend to anyone I know that is heading that direction. Thank you.

Jennifer's home was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend: The house was super clean and cozy. We enjoyed watching TV on the living room couch and in the bedroom, because the couch and the bed were very comfortable. The deck, with its great furniture and view of the lake, was very relaxing. But the best part of the trip was the very enjoyable visit and conversation with Jennifer the day we arrived. She made us feel very welcome and at home.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at Lake Milton! The house is a great location set up in the heart of the town. We were able to visit the Craft Show, eat at Craig’s Castaway restaurant, soak in the hot tub each evening, and enjoy the fully furnished deck, all without ever hopping in the car. The house had the cooking utensils, toiletries and essentials to make the stay seemless and comfortable.

We found this little cottage because it was close to a family reunion we were attending and loved it! Being next to the lake was a big added bonus to the weekend for our family. It's a super short walk over to the park and there are great walking trails, facilities and swimming. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Check in was simple and Jennifer communicated throughout including letting us know about activities the community was hosting. If you are coming for Lake Milton it's perfect, and even if your travels are just in the area and not vacation related, it's a great spot.

Jennifer greeted us, and showed us around the clean, cozy home. The 3 of us that stayed, enjoyed the lake vibe home, and the closeness to Lake Milton at Craig's Beach. So close to Haliday Winery...with a lake side view, and great flatbread pizza. Just a rocks throw away, was Craigs place, that has music during the day on the weekends, and all kinds of food and drink, to enjoy on the patio. The evenings of our 2 night stay were enjoyed on the big inviting deck, with great seating, and the clean and refreshing hot tub. Jennifer did a great job with making us welcome, and relaxed. WE will book again.

My first time staying at this place... and using Vrbo. I'm very pleased with both! If you're in the Warren, OH area I highly recommend Jennifer's place about 100 yards from Lake Milton. Great place for 1-4 people, about the same price as a hotel stay for 1! Jennifer is top notch, very hospitable and dedicated to making sure your stay is enjoyable. Great job Jen, I'll be back!

We think this place is perfect for a lake getaway. It's so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved the super cute decor touches. Despite having rained, we still enjoyed the quiet time. We did enjoy the jacuzzi, would like a lil more privacy in that area but still enjoyable. Deck area is super nice. Our host is super nice and very attentive. We will be back.
