About this apartment rental
Coming to town for a kids tournament? Or catch your favorite band at one of our local, quaint pubs? Trying to find that one-of-a-kind antique bread box? You can do ALL of these things then return to the unit to enjoy dinner(prepared by you in the fully equipped kitchen or carry-in). The bedrooms separated by the large kitchen give all guests a good amount of privacy. Stream your favorite shows with the wireless internet and then retire to the comfy beds made with fresh linens.
Morning will afford you countless opportunities to shop uptown (walking distance) or ride the trails on a host provided bicycle.
If you find you need something that I haven't provided please call me. Please note this unit is on the backside of a duplex. Because of this you may experience some noises associated in a multi-family unit.
If you need suggestions for anything from restaurants to where to find that bread box, please reach out to me. I plan to go the extra mile to ensure my guests are repeat visitors!!!

Ivy was great to work with. Easy to get along with but also gave us privacy. Location is fantastic- great neighborhood and amazing downtown Marion area. Beds were comfy. Sheets were clean. Kitchen was great for the two of us. Our only issue was the smells coming through the vents from the neighbors- smoke/ maybe more. Not the fault of the host but did bother my son’s asthma. Otherwise, amazing stay! Thanks Ivy.

We ejoyed our weekend stay and the restaurants and bars just a few blocks away. The house was nicely suited for our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet.

The location was what brought us to this home, and being right in Marion was perfect for our trip. The space was good, attached to the back of a home but private. However, the space was not very well cleaned- floors were dirty, and hadn't been mopped in a long time. When cleaning up after our infant's meal, a quick wipe of the floor with a baby wipe came up black. Allergies started to flare up for most of our family (who are not very sensitive), and we tried to spend most of our time out of the house.
