Adorable Cottage in small town of Marion. Just a few blocks from Uptown

This property was delightful. A nice quiet location, on a quiet street in a quiet suburb. Perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tim’s cottege had everything that we needed and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Marion.

House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories.

Second time staying here. Easy to find, off street parking, quiet neighborhood.
