About this house rental
3 Rivers Cottage is a beautiful 2BR/2BA home on the Carrabelle River. You will find modern furnishings and coastal decor throughout the home. Top of the line kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to make a home cooked meal. Other amenities include a standard and Keurig style coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Enjoy the picturesque view of the river from the kitchen, living room, and dining room or watch the sunset from the patio table in the back yard. The master bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the second bathroom has a walk in shower. Our home is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation or a fun filled fishing adventure!

Just minutes to Downtown Carrabelle, City Boat Ramp, 5 minutes to Carrabelle Beach. Was perfect. In the future if a backdoor patio is added, then I would rate it 10 plus. Very nice waterfront and easily accessible!

Overall experience was good. The house is completely remodeled inside with high end appliances, fixtures and flooring. Very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the outside of the property was unkept. The weeds and brush were overgrown so the yard was really unusable. With some outside work, the entire experience would be better overall
