Pelicans Roost Is a newly built house in a small sub division with a community pool. The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The couch in the living room also has a pull out bed. Enjoy the screened-in back porch—perfect for grilling or simply relaxing—while your pet plays safely in the fully fenced backyard.
Located just before the Carrabelle River bridge in the new Carraway Bay Plantation subdivision, you can be downtown shopping or dining in restaurants, sitting at the Carrabelle Beach picnic area or trying your luck fishing down at the river -- ALL within about a 5 minute ride!

We stayed for extended weekend, and had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was in great shape, and the neighbors were friendly. The owners were very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Highly recommend!

Clean and acceptable but on the small side. Ok for a short stay and entirely adequate for one couple. We usually stay on St. George Island but this was a last minute thing. Budget friendly at about $150 a night compared to St George where we usually spend $400 to $500 a night

We loved Pelican Roost! A great two bedroom, two bath house for two couples. We found every comfort we needed in this wonderful space. I would definitely rent Pelican Roost again!
