About this apartment rental
4-room vacation apartment, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, and private parking space. This cozy 5-star vacation rental is centrally located yet quiet, situated on a side street about 300 m from the train station and the pedestrian zone in the city of Leer. The hospital is a 3-minute walk away. It is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment with a separate entrance. On the first floor are the living room, bedrooms (with box-spring beds), kitchen, and a bathroom with shower/toilet; on the upper floor are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower/toilet and a washing machine. Our guests have access to a private garden area with a gazebo, patio furniture, and a grill. Parking is available on the fenced-in property, and there is a lockable bike shed. A wheelchair can be provided. Wi-Fi is included in the price.
The non-smoking apartment can be booked in two configurations.
Option 1: First floor: 50 square meters, bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) (box-spring beds), living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Option 2: First floor 50 square meters plus a 45-square-meter extension on the upper floor with two additional bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) (box spring bed), one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a washing machine. All bedrooms have fly screens and blackout pleated blinds.
By default, Option 2 is only available for bookings with a minimum of three guests.
For bookings for one or two people, only Option 1 is available. Use of the entire property by one or two people requires prior arrangement with the landlords!
If desired, a contactless handover of the vacation rental can be arranged (key safe at the front door).
There is a portable electric air purifier in the apartment. Enhanced cleaning methods are in use. Essential hygiene supplies are provided in the vacation rental.

Beautiful 5-star non-smoking vacation rental in the heart of Leer. 95 square meters for up to six people, living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything is very bright and welcoming. About 300 m from the city center. So, a nice, central location. A home where you can feel right at home.
On the first floor, there is a living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a double bed (hotel-quality box spring) that is 1.80 m wide. A travel crib is also available and can be set up if needed.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (box spring, 180 x 200 cm), a comfortable sitting area, and a desk.
There is also a second bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
The stairwell was completely renovated in 2020, and the upstairs bathroom was remodeled in 2024.
In early 2021, new windows (with soundproof glass) were installed in the vacation rental facing the street. In 2024, the interior doors throughout the entire apartment were replaced.
