On a farm, in the heart of the Rochefort marshes, a comfortable house of 100 m2 with enclosed garden and private swimming pool.
You will be welcomed by the owners who live on site, in a quiet and family environment, 7 kms from Rochefort and 15 kms from the beaches of Fouras, the island of Aix.
Between land and sea, this cottage is ideally located to visit and discover the many riches of the Charente Maritime. Close to La Rochelle and the islands of Ré – Oléron, the beaches of the wild coast, but also to Saintonge and the banks of the Charente.
- On the first floor, large living room of 52 m2 including fitted kitchen, living room, living room, shower room and WC, a pantry.
- Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (1 double bed 140x190) (2 single beds) and a landing.
- Enclosed garden with arbour and private swimming pool 10x5
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen and towels not included, possibility of rental on request. Cleaning package 150€ optional.
