Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends in this charming, comfortable stone house ideally located in the center of Saint laurent De La Prée, 8 mns from the beaches of Fouras and 15 mns from the center of Rochefort.
Perfectly equipped to accommodate 4/6 people, it offers a convivial living space comprising:
on the first floor :
- TV lounge with sofa bed
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, hood, dishwasher, oven, crockery, etc.)
- separate WC
upstairs :
- bedroom with storage and closet (1 x 140 bed)
- another bedroom with storage and closet ( 1 bed x 140 )
- a bathroom with shower
Two sunny terraces: one at the front for morning coffee, the other at the rear for outdoor meals (gas plancha).
A private parking space is available in front of the house.
On your arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will show you around the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.
