About this house rental
The Georgian is a home full of Brantford history on the Brant Ave corridor. With a Maximum stay of 26 nights possible.

we do not allow guests to receive mail or packages of any kind at our property.

The first owner was Joseph Maxwell, who was John Patrick Ryan's uncle, the Mayor of Brantford during World War 2
It is located 5 minutes from Highway 403 and conveniently situated near Laurier university, the Brantford General hospital, stores, restaurants, casino, golf courses and sports complex.
The Georgian is a few minutes walk to the Brantford train station and not far from downtown bus depot.
The space
We have paid attention to make The Georgian feel like home away from home.
There is a French provincial sofa , a contemporary dining table, a main floor bedroom and bathroom, a rare find in a historic home.
Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a designated office space for you to get some quiet work done
There are Window AC units in bedrooms
Its a place for family stay-cations, friends & friend events in the area, and long-term executive rental or business trips. 6 people can stay at one price!!!
WiFi is available throughout the entire house.
You have Free Laundry; washer & dryer located on the main floor with complementary detergents.
Basic necessities are there when you arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, oil, salt and pepper). We have a full-size oven, a large fridge, and countertop appliance. You will find pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers for leftovers, drinking glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, dish soap and dish towels
The bathrooms -one on main floor and one upstairs - have toilet paper, hand & body wash, bath towels for your comfort and to get you going.

The Georgian is all yours. This is your private No Smoking space. Lockbox entry code will be provided prior to your check-in.
You will have 1 parking spot in the parking lot behind the house and one on the street. Parking is free
The area is family friendly, please be always respectful of neighbors. We require guests to read through the house rules, posted on the fridge.
The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated after each check-out.
If you need to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, we have $30 extra fee for quicker cleaning.
There is a $65 fee per pet per stay. Please bring your own pet supplies and cleaning materials and make sure that you clean up after your pet, if accidents happen. Thank you. We understand that things brake and accidents happen, it's part of life, However if the damages are costing us more than $100 we will request you to cover the cost.

property was ok; it was comfortable but dishes could have been cleaner; washer was unusable so didnt even look in the dishwasher as the mold on the rubber of the washer was disgusting. Pictures showed property in pictures then in real but was still a nice stay over all.
