About this house rental
The Rustic feel like home away from home, with a Maximum stay of 26 nights possible. The beds are comfy, the sofa is soft leather, the dining table is contemporary and there are rocking chairs to relax and snooze. PLEASE NOTE:
we do not allow guests to receive mail or packages of any kind at our property.

Its a place for family vacations and events in the area, and long-term rental or business trips. 6 people can stay at one price!!!
There is a designated office space for you to get some quiet work done. WiFi is available throughout the entire house.
The light-flooded Sunroom is draped for privacy. You will love your time in there with a book or a friend.
You have Free Laundry; washer & dryer located on the main floor with complementary detergents.
The bathrooms -one on main floor and one upstairs hallway - have toilet paper, hand & body wash, bath towels for your comfort and to get you going.

The area is family friendly, please be always respectful of neighbors. We require guests to read through the house rules, posted on the fridge.
The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated after each check-out.
If you need to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, we have $30 extra fee for quicker cleaning.There is a $65 fee per pet per stay. Please bring your own pet supplies and cleaning materials and make sure that you clean up after your pet, if accidents happen. Thank you.
Basic necessities are there when you arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, oil, salt and pepper). We have a full-size oven, a large fridge, and countertop appliance. You will find pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers for leftovers, drinking glasses, dishes/dinnerware, cutlery, dish soap and dish towels. We understand that things brake and accidents happen, it's part of life, However if the damages are costing us more than $100 we will request you to cover the cost.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. We stay for a short duration but it was very easy going the whole process. Decent location. No problems at all.

This is an older house, as the "Rustic" name implies, in and older neighbourhood. The house has character. It has been renovated but lacks good craftsmanship. You know, slap it together and make it work. I have done renovation work myself and know it is not easy but if you know what you are doing and take your time you can make a house a home. There is only 1 double bed and it's on the main floor. The other bedrooms (smal in size) are upstairs and all have single beds that are not that comfortable for adults.
There is a window air conditioner in the dining area. I'm just glad the temperature was not to hot when we were there or we would have baked sleeping upstairs.
Linen was supplied with just enough bath towels for the 4 of us. There was only 1 hand towel in the whole house and no face cloths avaiable. I had texted the host about additional linen but got no reply. I suggest bringing aditional towels and face clothes for yourselves.
I had received information from the host to delay our 3:00pm check-in as the unit was not ready. It was not a problem for us but could have been.
Overall the stay was just OK.
I have stayed in other VRBOs and found them to be excellent, so I am comparing this unit to what I have seen before.
Would I stay there again, no!
