Apt 200mt from the beach,parking

Felicia was the most welcoming host we have ever experienced! She was so friendly and welcomed us to her beautiful apartment so warmly. The apartment was stunning and so spacious we couldn’t have asked for more, it had everything you needed and more! It’s right by a bus stop and not a far walk to the beach and beach club and restaurants, shops etc. She even saw us take pictures and she drove us all up to a lovely photo spot to take pictures in front of her car and infront of the sea view. We would 100% return and we are so thankful! Thank you very much

Nothing, it was perfect

O apartamento é muito confortável e cuidadosamente decorado. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias de banheiro e cozinha. O lugar é lindo com ônibus, mercadinho, restaurantes, café, praia e acesso à transporte público, tudo a poucos minutos de distância. Lugar seguro e com estacionamento. Mas o melhor da casa é a Anfitriã! Felicia é uma pessoa maravilhosa. Nos recebeu com todo carinho. Amamos.

Great location in Praiano, next to the street so no need to climb hundreds of stairs. The apartment is clean and well taken care of, with every comfort you may need (fully equipped kitchen, tv, even an alcohol bar) The owner is lovely, super friendly and welcoming, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area. Parking is available for 25€ per day.

The only thing was that the apartment is in a basement and it wasn’t possible to open the windows, so the air smelled a bit stuffy.
